Jim's experience in the commercial store design industry began over 20 years ago with the design department of the Zahn Drug company (Melrose Park, IL) working on Convenience Store and Pharmacy design and build projects. In 2000, Jim became employed by PE Systems, Incorporated (Northlake, IL) a company owned by Jim Richards (Sr.)While working there he contributed to the development of a "prototype Convenience Store design" for client Gas City, LTD (Frankfort, IL.) and began development on "TheCstoreEstore.com".
